This short animated clip of a lactose tolerant fat man called simon hence the name "full fat simon" who chases after a fat cow through a field.
He then proceeds to drink 4 glasses of full fat milk for some unknown reason throughout this whole process there is a giggy short of song going on in the background with the lyrics "simon was a full fat kinda guy" it has a country sort of twist to the music. He then dropped dead in a puddle of milk and lied there whilst the milk
